The Yankton Area Ice Association held its second annual Yankton Winter Miracle Sunday at the Kiwanis 4H Ice Arena. More than 20 participants were entered in a variety of events from skills to freestyle. This year’s event was the final year that only local skaters were allowed to participate per American Ice Association guidelines.
