Open Skate
In cooperation with the City of Yankton Parks and Recreation department, open skating opportunities are available to the public several times a week. For the 2011-12 skating season Open Skate will be offered at the following times:

Wednesdays 6 - 8:30 p.m.
Saturdays 1 - 4 p.m.
Sundays 1 - 4 p.m.

$3 admission
$2 skate rental

Open skate times may be shortened or cancelled due to scheduled games or performances at the rink. Additional open skate times may also be added.

Adult & Drop-in Hockey
Sunday nights are reserved for recreational hockey in a drop-in format. A fee is collected to participate in the drop-in hockey evenings. All participants are required to be registered with USA Hockey prior to getting on the ice. A copy of the registration needs to be given to the coordinator at the drop-in hockey evening event.

6:00 p.m. Women's hockey and novices
7:30 p.m. Adult hockey and upper level league (PeeWee and higher)

Facility Rental
Birthday parties, church group events and other events can be held at the rink. The Yankton Area Ice Association charges an hourly fee for the facility. Skating parties also require additional fees for skate rentals and rink supervision.
